Chakras are the energy wheels of the body. There are seven major chakras in the body.
When these Chakras are in balance so are our lives. When they are out of balance, our lives will be in a mode of continuous need for healing.
1st Root Chakra- being grounded and secure, survival ( color Red)
2nd Sacral Chakra- Emotions, relationships, sexual energy ( color Orange)
3rd Solar Plexus Chakra- Fear, Will, Creativity, (color Yellow)
4th Heart Chakra- Love and compassion, ability to receive and give love (color Green)
5th Throat Chakra- Communication and listening (Blue)
6th Third Eye Chakra- Seeing with clarity, intuition (Color Purple, Indigo)
7th Crown Chakra- Spiritual connection with all things (Color White, Lilac)
